Sharifah Fahimah Saiyed Yeop
Sharifah, who spend all her significant portion of her time leading knowledge management (KM) initiatives, sharing knowledge, and supporting others in sharing their knowledge for the university. Her responsibility are to raise awareness, align knowledge actions with business process and priorities, promote a knowledge sharing culture, engage senior leadership, academician and researcher, manage the infrastructure, and support all knowledge workers in the organization. Her most significant role and achievement in early stages of KM implementation in UTP are in records management, standards and governance, that shifted overall practice and atmosphere of records management practices.
She is are part of connector, part maven, the hubs of the human social network and are responsible for the small world phenomenon, connecting people to knowledge. She connecting the past with future, through the “Unlocking Knowledge” project, capturing tacit for the benefit of the university

Farizal Musran
Farizal, developed a passion for photography and image designing throughout his carear in Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. He always helping peoples to understand the power and possibility of current trends in photo editing, equipment and how new trends and innovations could impact lives, businesses, and communities.Farizal is the guardian of more than 300,000 of university’s asset on corporate memory, including photos, video, audio and artifacts in digitized forms, indexed and accessible via memory.utp.edu.my​
This passion has guided his career, in dealing with many peoples in all department from university campus, government agencies and those who are involved in collaboration with similar interest. His unspoken skills in designing and using latest technology in editing and photography always been shared with peers through networking and collaboration.

Maria Hani Mustaffa
Hani is the record ambassador for records management and documentation in the university. With more than five years’ experience in multi disciplines field, she has developed and introduced numerous initiatives to the university. She’s executed excellently in supporting the knowledge management unit on top of the university. Hani has received many compliments and recognitions on university’s record management practice (SIRIM, MyRA, EAC, MBOT, etc.) for the past few years.
Keeping a good balance between organization and a positive work environment goes a long way in keeping the employees happier and more productive. That’s where she’s see an opportunity to alleviate the university’s business through cost and space optimization from a complex to a simpler practice of records management. She's not just a focal person but she’s a document attacher, human engager, knowledge exchanger and assembler. Like one whom said, “archivists make it last longer”.

Ahmad Suhairi M. Lazim
The progress of UTP Records Centre, together with the development of university’s filing system shaped his passion in taking care of UTP’s records. Suhairi, also the caretaker of university’s institutional repositories content and metadata for more ten years since he joining Knowledge Management Unit in year 2009. His insight and know how in management of records, university’s filing system, institutional scholarly publications and organization of metadata.

He is person in charge on UTP extracting university’s scholarly publication from various sources and organize in centralized repository i.e. eprints.utp.edu.my and student’s thesis and dissertation, past year examination question in utpedia.utp.edu.my
